Komodo VR

“Komodo: A Paradise Under Pressure” is a captivating 20-minute VR nature documentary that immerses you in the breathtaking waters and islands of Komodo National Park—a remarkable ecosystem nestled in the Indonesian archipelago.

Join world record freediver and ocean explorer William Winram and his protégé, marine biologist Lukas Müller, as they push their limits to showcase the park’s stunning beauty and its most iconic inhabitants, from the formidable Komodo dragon to the majestic reef manta ray.

During their dives, they collaborate with National Geographic’s “Queen of Mantas,” Andrea Marshall, as she studies the park’s manta ray population. Together, they experience unforgettable encounters with the wildlife they are dedicated to protecting.

However, beyond the wonder and splendor, they also confront a harsh reality—severe plastic pollution that threatens this fragile paradise.

This immersive VR documentary is a collaboration between VR Gorilla, Watermen Project, and Blend Media.
